The Malaysian-Australian film director, best-known for directing the "Saw" film franchise, "Fast & Furious 7", and creating Billy the puppet lives here in the "Bird Streets" area of the Hollywood Hills. He purchased the house for $9.75M in early 2014. The property was sold by Nebil Zarif, who was once married to oil heiress Nancy Davis.
Wan's previous residence, which he still owns, is located practically right around the corner from his new home.
