After divorcing his wife and selling his massive compound to Todd Phillips, the powerful talent agent (Chairman of Paradigm) has purchased a new bachelor pad. He paid $9.75M for the property in June 2013. The house was previously owned by Oscar-winning film producer Tom Rosenberg and has interiors that were designed by Sandy Gallin.
Gores also recently purchased a condo in the famous Sierra Towers and a modest house in Woodland Hills (CA).
